My cousin and I went to I don't know how many stores and we couldn't even find a single can of red beans. All they had were garbanzos. GARBANZOS! Who the fuck needs garbanzos in this fucking city?

So anyway, with no red beans, we decided to just change our plans and do everything indio style. A few cans of pork and beans, some pepper and tomato sauce and voila! INDIO CHILI!!! XD

It turned out pretty good, IMO. The color was a bit orangey, and it wasn't very spicy, but it was OK. We didn't add bell peppers because my mom can't stand spicy food. She once walked all over Churabok-do province in Seoul just so she could find a restaurant that served non-spicy Korean food. She still won't say how many hours it took her to find one.

Next time I'm going to make kima.

My Interior Design teacher called my dad up this morning, saying that I wasn't showing up for classes. Damn. Good thing I already decided not to go home this weekend. I guess this means no modem for me.

Also met with an ex today, Sheryl, and she just irritated me to hell and beyond. Now if I were any less scrupulous I'd have given her a tailspin headwack so fast and so hard both of her eyeballs would take residence in only one eyesocket.

Apart from these two incidents was a whole slew of assorted irritations and disappointments. Hell day? Hell yeah.

Last wednesday I worked out an equation that would end up in two particles being caught in a self-terminating loop due to the presence of a spoiler. I wrote it down in my notebook somewhere but I think I left it at the apartment. A linear equation would've made a hole in the loop, but I didn't bother to explore that any further. There was also something there about prehensile tongues. I hate it when people misspell tongue as "tounge".

Now the question of how in hell I came to the above conlusions still remains. The answer is simple: because I feel it's true. I don't profess to have some kind of incredibly acute sixth sense that led me to believe the aforementioned conclusions, but I do feel that I'm not far from the mark. Now, until proven otherwise, I'm going to hold on to my current convictions and beliefs for as long as I am able.

If faults were to be traced then I would account for every single one of them. That's also one of the reasons why I'm trying my goddamn best to keep this thing afloat.

On to the depressing news. The girlfriend has a PS2, and what does she do with it? Treat it like dirt and just use it as a DVD player. Man, if I had a PS2... Oh well. And a friend who doesn't have the foggiest idea about the differences between internet connection speeds is getting a DSL connection. Argh.

I'm gonna try to quit smoking because I'm flat broke this week.
